Shah Rukh Khan dumps sugar, milk to build six pack abs for RA 1!!

Shah Rukh Khan, the Badshah of bollywood who plays a super hero in Anubhav Sinha's upcoming flick 'Ra 1', has stopped taking milk and sugar in his coffee to build a muscular physique.

Sources say that King Khan has been desperately trying to rebuild his six –pack- abs that had been displayed in Farah Khan's flick 'Om Shanti Om', but to no avail. When he could not succeed with his efforts to regain that dream physique, Shah Rukh Khan consulted a nutritionist. The nutritionist, too, was initially puzzled at hearing King Khan's plight, but then asked him to write down on a paper his daily consumption routine.

It was then that the nutritionist noticed that Shah Rukh Khan had been taking around twenty cups of coffee every day, and this meant that he had been consuming unwittingly almost twenty spoonful of sugar on a daily basis.

Shah Rukh Khan's coffee also had plenty of milk and this combination of milk and sugar was preventing him from losing any weight and building muscles, so essential for his role in upcoming sci-fi 'Ra 1'. When the nutritionist revealed the reason to King Khan, he immediately agreed to stay away from both milk and sugar till the completion of his ambitious project.

'Ra 1' is a mega budget ambitious project of Shah Rukh Khan, which is being produced by his own production company Red Chillies Entertainment. The film will have King Khan playing the character of a super hero for the first time in his bollywood career. Shah Rukh is especially interested in this project as his children Aryan and Suhana are very enamored of the storyline of the flick.

Director Anubhav Sinha wanted to start the project much earlier but King Khan could not agree to that due to his shoulder injury, sustained during the shooting of Viveck Vaswani's 'Dulha Mill Gaya'. As the 'Ra 1' needed heavy duty action sequences from Shah Rukh Khan, the doctors had advised him to desist from shooting till the time his shoulder was fully healed.

It may be recalled that Shah Rukh Khan also lost his close friend Farah Khan due to this 'Ra 1'. It was Shah Rukh Khan's decision to give preference to 'Ra 1' over Farah Khan's 'Happy New  Year' that led to Farah leaving his camp and agreeing to direct Akshay Kumar in 'Tees Maar Khan'.

Khan said he has got to know the crew quite well ("They have been very unobtrusive"). For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
