Amitabh grants SRK his wish

Paa has yet to release but the character of Auro, played by Amitabh Bachchan in the film, has already struck a chord with children. The much-talked about film's premiere today evening at a suburban multiplex is expected to be attended by the who's who of the film industry.

Everybody will be there to watch Amitabh Bachchan perform as 13-year-old Auro and Shah Rukh Khan will be attending the event along with his son Aryan and daughter Suhana. SRK personally called up Bachchan to ask for extra passes as his children are also quite keen to watch the film.

A source said, "Aryan and Suhana loved the promos of Paa and can't wait to watch it. SRK already had some passes for the premiere. He called up Amitabh Bachchan to speak to him at length about the film and ask him more about his character. During the course of the conversation, Bachchan asked SRK about how many extra passes he wants and SRK said that he wants five more passes as his kids are also looking forward to watching the film. Bachchan sent him six passes and also personally requested SRK to attend the film's premiere. Obviously, SRK's kids were thrilled."

Amitabh Bachchan confirmed the news and said, "Yes, he (SRK) called me up and I asked him how many seats he wants. He said five but I have sent him six passes. Aamir asked for six passes, which I have sent him."
