Dancing with superstar Shahrukh Khan? Yes please!

Bollywood's most famous actor has revealed he will be performing a dance number at Bollywood's Zee Cine Awards held in Singapore's Marina Bay Sands on January 14 2011.

The superstar has made things a bit more interesting though by telling the organisers of the Hindi film industry awards ceremony he wants to get memebers of the audience to join in with the performances from his recent blockbuster hit 'My Name is Khan.'

The songs in that paticular movie are rather gentle and slow... So if you happen to be in Singapore on the 14th of January and attend this super star filled, maybe you'll get to have a slow dance with the King Khan himself!

This prestigious awards ceremony is back after a two-year sabbatical. On Radiosargam.com the business head of Zee cinema, Mohan Gopinath said:"It is fitting that Zee Cine Awards 2011, which celebrates the emergence of Indian cinema on a global platform is partnering with the Marina Bay Sands. Over 500 million viewers across India, USA, UK and Asia choose Zee network to be the preferred choice of entertainment. This event provides a platform for the Indian film fraternity to interact with global fans and media."

He added: "We will work together to make this year's event the most memorable celebration for Indian Cinema for all our viewers."

ZEE Cine Awards were last held in 2008 in London.

"Hopefully, the parts that people will get to see of me — at work and at other places — will shed some light on how films and film stars work and offer an insight into how I do things." Khan said he has got to know the crew quite well ("They have been very unobtrusive"). For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
