Arjun's high protein diet

Arjun Rampal, the most interesting part of RA One, besides of course the hero Shah Rukh Khan, is also on a very strict diet.

Arjun works out like a maniac these days and he is also off carbohydrates till June 6, the date on which he leaves for his European vacation. Arjun, who is the main villain in the movie, has to be picture perfect for his baddie role say unit hands. Hence the actor is going to great lengths to make sure he stays fit. He was even heard joking on the set saying, "Yaar fit hai toh hit hai." And currently Arjun hit hai.

Former Miss World and Bollywood actress – Aishwarya Rai says Fiji is always close to her heart.
