The soccer fever is going to sweep the entire world and its no surprise that the Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan gets blown away.

Soccer buff Shahrukh just can't wait for the tournament to start and is planning to take his kids along to South Africa when the tournament kicks off from June 11.

The actor loves football and he even wishes to play in rain, Shah Rukh is a football fanatic right from his childhood and he used to watch the game with his mother.

He shares, "I am emotional about FIFA. My mom and I used to stay up and watch all night because we had got ourselves a TV and watched only soccer post Doordarshan serials. We used to keep up all night watching Rudi Voller (Germany), Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (West Germany), Socrates (Brazil) and Diego Maradona (Argentina). Never miss matches and always miss mom."

The actor, who is quite fond of playing soccer with his children, says his favourite football teams are Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Spain and England.

For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
