Big-name Bollywood stars are winging their way to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup.
According to Indian media reports, Shahrukh Khan and his two children, Aryan and Suhana, as well as John Abraham, Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea will attend the tournament.
On the social networking blog Twitter, Khan wrote: "Taking kids for the matches in s.africa. i also have an all- girls' team which i coach. ha ha."
He added: "I wish my mom was here, would have taken her with me. Our favourites are Argentina, Brazil, Germany and Spain ... England will do well too, i think. use to keep up all nite watching Rudi Voller, Rumeinnege, Socrates and Maradonna. Mom and me, soccer and TV fans. Never miss matches and always miss mom."
He said he was surprised that India was the only developing nation that had not taken to football.
"Hope new generation takes it up now that we are leaders."
In an interview with India's Mid-Day newspaper, Morea said he was planning to fly to South Africa for the World Cup.
"I am rooting for Italy."
He said he would like to see Apna India (Team India) in the World Cup.
Abraham told the Hindustan Times that he planned to be in Johannesburg on July 11. "Of course, it will eventually depend on my schedule. If I don't have a prior commitment, I will most certainly be in South Africa to catch the action."
Earlier this week, Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog that his "home enthusiast, Mr Abhishek, has expressed his absolute desire" to be at the final.
"I know where this is coming from. A World Cup final in Los Angeles many years ago between Italy and Brazil - what a dream match - had instigated such interest. And we all just got up and left for the United States of America to attend this great pairing off."
However, it has since been learnt that Abhishek will not be coming to South Africa owing to the release of his new film, Raavan, on Friday.
