SRK spotted smoking in a no-smoking zone

A Hitlist reader sent us this snapshot of Shah Rukh Khan lighting up at buddy Arjun Rampal's night club in New Delhi. The reader says, "Shah Rukh was smoking near the DJ console. The area is a strict no-smoking zone. If it was someone else, the person would have been thrown out. But there are different rules when the owner of the club is your friend!." Hmmm...
