Shahana signs up for Ra.One


Will play videogame designer and colleague of SRK

 
Shahana Goswami is the latest addition to Shah Rukh Khan's ambitious superhero project, Ra.One. The actress, who was first noticed in Rock On!!! and then appreciated in Firaaq, will play a videogame designer like Shah Rukh. Her character helps out Shah Rukh's when a gaming character causes problems for him.

Apparently, Ra.One's director Anubhav Sinha and Shah Rukh were looking for a young, cheerful actress to play Shah Rukh's colleague. They considered various names before they thought of Shahana.

Of course, Shahana is excited about the role and the fact that she will be sporting a completely new look in the film.
