SRK and Kajol together?

We had earlier reported that director Vivek Sharma of Bhoothnath fame will direct two of the biggest stars of Hindi films, Amitabh Bachchan and Mithun Chakraborty in his next (after Kal Kissne Dekha that is awaiting release), Buddham Sharanam Gachchami. And now, heres the latest scoop --- the film might have Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in its cast too. The film is dealing with complex emotions, which is not easy for everyone to portray and hence this cast that I am closing in on, says Sharma, who adds that Buddham will bring revolution into the society and it will be one of its kind. Neither Indian nor world cinema has witnessed this kind of a film before, informs Sharma, whose company, Filmzone is producing the movie that has an estimated budget of over Rs 50 crore.

Sharma adds that he has already met King Khan, but he hasnt been able to narrate the script to him because of the actors busy schedule. But the narration will probably take place this Sunday. The story is about four people and it can also be termed as an action and violent film, he adds. Sharma says that he will meet Kajol after he has narrated the story to SRK. Thats about it as of now. Watch this space for more.

"Hopefully, the parts that people will get to see of me — at work and at other places — will shed some light on how films and film stars work and offer an insight into how I do things." Khan said he has got to know the crew quite well ("They have been very unobtrusive"). For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
