Twitterati bond at the Reddy shaadi

The big fat Reddy wedding celebrations saw the who's who of Bollywood and politics rub shoulders with one another.

Amidst all the glamour, the glitterati managed to bond with one another and the topic that dominated the conversation was twitter!

The Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan bonded with minister Shashi Tharoor and actor Priyanka Chopra over the micro-blogging site. "Had a fun time at the Reddy wedding. Met the who's who of India in all their glory. And yes, saw the meeting of the twitter champs Shashi (Tharoor) and PC (Priyanka Chopra) face-to-face. Couple of million followers between them...ooohhh!," tweeted SRK.

Meanwhile the MP from Thiruvananthapuram, who is an avid micro-blogger, found himself being teased by Priyanka Chopra. "Enjoyed being teased by Priyanka Chopra about trailing behind her on twitter count. But records are for Sachin Tendulkar," Tharoor said.

And with SRK and Tharoor at the same place in the same time, how can they not speak about cricket? Shedding light on the stars passion for his team – the Kolkata Knight Riders, Tharoor tweeted "Enjoyed cricket conversation with Shah Rukh. All superstars should be so gracious and modest. Cares about the sport and his team. A warm and witty guy too."

A man with the same name is on a US no-fly list of 80,000 people. He took to Twitter to voice his exasperation. I fully understand & respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks. @iamsrk  The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokemons. @iamsrk  Mr Khan, one of the most successful stars in the Hindi film industry, has been held back at US airports thrice in seven years.
