It (Berlin) is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen-SRK

It seems the city, Berlin has impressed 'Don 2' cast and crew in the initial days. According to the latest tabloids, SRK declared Berlin as one of the most beautiful cities he has ever seen and added, he is so happy being in Berlin that if asked to dance on a tourist bus, he would love to do so.

"I am just happy to be in Berlin. I love it. If you told me to stand up on a tourist bus and dance, I would do it," Shahrukh Khan told reporters at a press conference.

Not only SRK, even Piggy Chops is adoring the energy of the city, while director Farhan Akhtar has fallen in love with the city's architectural look.

Surprisingly, the country expects 'Don 2' to boost Berlin's tourism industry and will attract more B-town filmmakers.

More on 'Don 2'
Nearly, 70 member crew is in Berlin, presently, for the shooting of 'Don 2'. The shooting of 'Don' sequel began two weeks ago in cities like the great Cathedral, and some scenes were shot around the Checkpoint Charley.

Interestingly, 'Don 2' is currently getting financial support from the media-board Berlin Brandenburg, a state owned organisation and the German Film Promotion Fund .

The shoot is likely to get complete in 50 days with an expenditure of more than six million euros.

In the film, SRK will be portraying the character of a bad man with lovable nature.

Besides SRK and Priyanka, 'Don 2' features Boman Irani, Om Puri, Lara Dutta and Kunal Kapoor.

The film is slated to hit theatres on Dec. 23, 2011.

SRK to enjoy birthday with family and close buddy
It's sad that SRK will be away from his adorable wife, Gauri on their 20th marriage anniversary, Oct. 25, but will be happy as he will be celebrating his birthday with his family and best buddy, Karan Johar.

SRK's family and Karan will be joining the superhero in Rome at the screening of 'My Name Is Khan' in an international film festival. Surprisingly, MNIK is the first Hindi movie to be released in all theatres across Italy.

Later, everyone will be flying to Berlin to celebrate SRK's birthday along with 'Don 2' cast and crew.

It won't be surprising if SRK becomes the Berlin tourism brand ambassador. What say?

For the last two months, that's exactly what a TV crew has been doing, following the country's biggest star from South Africa to America to London to Mumbai — all for the making of a unique six-part series on the actor, to be telecast on lifestyle channel Discovery Travel & Living. "It's an inner world-outer world kind of documentary," said Khan, speaking exclusively to HT. "Hopefully, the parts that people will get to see of me — at work and at other places — will shed some light on how films and film stars work and offer an insight into how I do things." Khan said he has got to know the crew quite well ("They have been very unobtrusive"). For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
