Frenzied fans, 10 ft cards, tamasha outside the gates… it doesn't get bigger than this. A lowdown on the scene outside SRK's residence on his birthday…

As millions of fans flocked outside his bungalow Mannat on Bandstand, Mumbai, SRK was there on the terrace waving at them. Well, the festivities did not just end there. His forthcoming film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi was also unveiled that very day.

Trust SRK to climb over terrace rails to reach out to his fans.

With so many people flocked outside his house, SRK kind of had to lean over the terrace rails.

And the King Khan was right there, first thing in the morning to acknowledge his fan.

And then SRK went on to unveil the first look of his forthcoming flick Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

He happily cut the cake as well.

And like a good boy he offered the cake to other.

But a bad mean man wanted to steal the bouquets from him…But SRK held them close and would not let them go.

When King Khan has a birthday, you can be rest assured that the entire film industry will be there!

And that was exactly the scene outside 'Mannat', Shah Rukh Khan's decorated and well-lit Bandra residence on Saturday night as his wife Gauri Khan hosted a grand birthday bash for her husband. Right from Bollywood's best directors and actors and actresses to fashion designers to high-flying socialites, everyone who's anyone in Mumbai city was there to celebrate with the King.

Parmeshwar and Adi Godrej were there, this time with their other daughter Nisa; cricketer Imran Khan who is currently in the city dropped by for a while as well; Sushmita Sen came driving herself as always; Raveena Tandon's interesting snake pendant attracted some curious glances as did Anna Singh's short skirt; and Vivek Oberoi didn't come in a car but in his vanity van! Did he come straight from a shoot or was it an attempt to make a 'big' impression? Sajid Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani, Zoya and Farhan Akhtar, Sabina Khan and Ranvir Shorey were among the others there.

And SRK's son Aryan was wearing a Kolkata Knightriders tee… now that's loyalty!
