Ranbir, Imran, SRK to rock Karan’s

/photo.cms?msid=5124194 Bollywood's biggest Khans - on and off-screen arch rivals – Shah Rukh and Salman Khan seem to be on their own power trip amidst the India Couture Week 09. By winning his show a finale position at the ongoing ICW 09, Shah Rukh proved who's superior when it comes to the number game but Salman too showed who's more influential amongst the two as he roped in 10 big Bollywood stars for his 'Being Human' show!

Salman's splendid show has taken the show to another level and now the expectations from Karan's finale are high. The filmmaker, who is launching his clothing line in the fashion week, will have Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan walk the ramp as showstoppers. Karan has designed the outfits with well known designer Varun Bahl.

Bahl revealed, "The theme of our show is 'Rock star' and it is going to be purely a men's formal wear clothing. Shah Rukh will walk the ramp but information about his outfit cannot be divulged now. Gauri will be the only female walking the ramp. Out of the entire collection, 50% of outfits have been designed and styled by Karan, both of us have contributed equally and it's going to be a good show."

Meanwhile, Karan Johar has roped in heartthrobs Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor who'll walk the ramp and open his show. "Ranbir and Imran will open my show while Shah Rukh and Gauri will close it," confirmed Karan.

We hear Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Saif and the Bachchans are also expected to come for the show.

Only October 16th will tell which of the two Khans emerge victorious when it comes to the Entertainment quotient of their fashion shows... till then we'll keep our fingers crossed!

For the last two months, that's exactly what a TV crew has been doing, following the country's biggest star from South Africa to America to London to Mumbai — all for the making of a unique six-part series on the actor, to be telecast on lifestyle channel Discovery Travel & Living. "It's an inner world-outer world kind of documentary," said Khan, speaking exclusively to HT. "Hopefully, the parts that people will get to see of me — at work and at other places — will shed some light on how films and film stars work and offer an insight into how I do things." Khan said he has got to know the crew quite well ("They have been very unobtrusive"). For Discovery Travel & Living, this series will be one of the biggest global productions to come out of India and will be shown all over the world. "We haven't yet decided when we're going to telec...
