Indian Actor Shah Rukh Khan Filming in Berlin

Berlin is going Bollywood: Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan is in Germany's capital filming "Don-2," a sequel to the 2006 Bollywood action movie .Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Florian Lukas

"Don," about a sexy but deadly gangster

Director Farhan Akhtar said Friday that Berlin holds a "certain degree of mystery" for Indian filmgoers, who are used to London or Paris for European movie scenes.

Much of the movie will be set around famous Berlin locations like the Brandenburg Gate and the 1936 Olympic Stadium, but filmmakers provided no plot specifics.

"Don-2" has a budget of euro12 million ($16.7 million), euro6.8 million of which will be spent in Berlin. Crews have been in Berlin since early October .

The original Hindi plus English and German versions are scheduled to be released in November 2011.

‘Ra.One’ heads to shoot overseas

SRK’s superhero home production ‘Ra.One’ has completed its shooting schedule in India and is heading to overseas for its remaining shoot. According to the close hands in production, now only the photo shoot remains in India. Rest of the shooting will now happen in London. The movie stars Shah Rukh Khan as superman with Kareena Kapoor as his wife and Arjun Ramphal as the bad guy.
