Bollywood star Khan in hospital The star injured his shoulder further while filming in December Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has undergone surgery on his shoulder at a Mumbai hospital for an injury which he suffered during filming last year. The 43-year-old, popularly known as King Khan, was hurt while acting in the movie Dulha Mil Gaya (I Found my Groom) in December 2008. Surgeon Sanjay Desai said the star is recovering but will be out of action for "four to six weeks." Khan is expected to be discharged by the end of the week. "He is out of anaesthesia and is a bit groggy, but otherwise the situation is under control," Desai, who led a team of doctors operating on Khan, told reporters after the 90-minute operation. Now with no option left before the release, King Khan has decided to take off the word 'barber' from its publicity posters. Mumbai: Allegations of plagiarism by writers of Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi thrown out Shah Rukh Khan's television production house Red Chillies Idiot Box's sitcom Ghar Ki Baat Hai , which was aired on January 30 on NDTV Imagine, has won the case filed against them. The petition was filed by Neha Joshi, daughter of Sharad Joshi, who had penned the 1984 comedy show Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi - a serial that was the inspiration in the making of Ghar Ki Baat Hai . DNA Shah Rukh Khan had mentioned earlier, " Ghar Ki Baat Hai is a tribute to Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi ." The petition filed was against Shah Rukh Khan's company Red Chillies Idiot Box, NDTV Imagine and the Oberois (who produced Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi ) for copying the show without prior permission. However, Red Chillies, NDTV and the Oberois have won the case.
